Your own GPU cluster, live in 90 days.*
For startups, family offices, and investors. You own the hardware and the contracts. Fenz.AI builds the cluster and runs it.

Built for owners.
Own your compute instead of renting it.
For AI companies that would rather hold the hardware than keep paying a cloud bill for it.
Hold AI infrastructure directly.
For offices that want to participate in AI infrastructure as an asset they own, not through a fund.
Put your own capital into hardware.
For high-net-worth individuals with excess capital gains who want a real asset behind the investment.
You own it. We run it.
The same split that already works for hotels and buildings: one party owns the asset, a specialist operates it.
| Asset | Owns it | Runs it |
|---|---|---|
| A hotel | The owner | Marriott or Hilton |
| A building | The landlord | A property manager |
| Your GPU cluster | You | Fenz.AI |
We guide. You decide.
Pick your setup
Hardware, data centers, and costs, laid out side by side. You choose.
We build it
Procurement, system integration, and colocation — all in your name.
We run it
Monitoring, repairs, and warranty claims, on an annual contract.
What it costs.
Hardware
Servers and networking, plus shipping and property insurance. Paid to the vendor.
Colocation
Space, power, and cooling, usually on a 3-year contract. Paid to the data center.
Setup fee
A percentage of project cost, $25K minimum, in cash. Half upfront, half on live deployment.
Management fee
Monthly, $1K minimum, on an annual contract. Startups: equity can replace it.

Illustrative. Your quotes set the real numbers, and you can pay the vendor and data center directly.
Your money stays yours.
- Hardware is bought in your name, and you own it.
- Contracts with the hardware vendor and data center are in your name.
- Pay the hardware vendor, data center, and integrator directly if you prefer.
- Our fees are agreed in writing up front, and billed separately.
Managed deployment questions.
Who is this for?
Startups that want to own their compute rather than rent it, family offices that want to hold AI infrastructure directly, and individuals investing their own capital.
What do I own?
Everything: the servers, the networking, and the contracts with the hardware vendor and the data center. We run it for you, the way a property manager runs a building.
What does it cost?
The hardware and colocation, paid to the vendor and the data center. Then our setup fee, a percentage of project cost with a $25K minimum (half upfront, half on live deployment), and a monthly management fee, $1K minimum, on an annual contract.
How fast is it?
Most smaller deployments can go live in 60–90 days. Hardware lead times and data center space set the pace.
Can I pay the vendors directly?
Yes. You can pay the hardware vendor, the data center, and the integrator yourself. Our fees are billed separately.
Can I sell the hardware later?
Yes, it's yours. When the time comes, we can help with resale and remarketing.
Want to own the GPUs?
We'll run them.
Tell us what you have in mind — just exploring is fine. You get a call to walk through the options, a menu of hardware, sites, and costs, and a straight answer if it's not a fit.
