Engineering
We're hiring engineers across audit-model research, platform/replay infrastructure, and product. You've shipped production systems, you care about correctness, and you get excited about finding the one trace in a million that breaks an agent.
- →Experience with LLMs, agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex), or distributed systems at scale
- →Comfort with Python, TypeScript, and at least one systems-level language
- →Bonus: ML research background, red-teaming experience, or open-source maintainership
Business Development
We're hiring BD to own the end-to-end customer motion — from first conversation with a CISO or ML Lead to signed pilot to expansion. You can hold a technical conversation, you know how enterprise security procurement works, and you want to build, not just sell.
- →3+ years in enterprise B2B sales, partnerships, or technical pre-sales
- →Track record closing 6–7 figure deals with security, compliance, or ML teams
- →Bonus: background in AI infra, security tooling, or regulated industries (finance, healthcare)
